Arabian Gulf loading arbs for both diesel and jet fuel are emphatically open, courtesy largely of the uncertainty surrounding the Strait of Hormuz and Arabian Gulf, in which refined product prices remain elevated.
On the other hand, the key naphtha arbs for AG and Med loading to Japan remain closed.
