As of 6 October 2026, refined products arbitrage opportunities show mixed dynamics, with notable closures in gasoline routes from NW Europe, the Mediterranean, and Asia, while US Gulf to Mediterranean routes remain open.
Because of record diesel prices, particularly in the US, all but one of the reported arbs are open. Fears of a US diesel export ban have been calmed in recent days.
The three main jet fuel arbs remain open, meanwhile, but naphtha arbs remain emphatically closed.
