US President Trump is not messing around. Less than two weeks after announcing a surprise deal to purchase Russian diesel, the first tanker has departed Russia, bound for New York. According to Kpler tracking data, the M/T AGIOI FANENDES (49,996 DWT 2019-built) loaded in Primorsk on Thursday last week and is bound for New York; the vessel and its 40,000 T of ULSD are due to arrive on 7 November. The buyer and seller are currently unknown; the vessel is owned by Eastmed, a Greek shipowner, and is flagged by Malta.
